The draw for the 10th Men's European Handball Championship qualification matches (Phase 1) was made during the final weekend of the current EURO.

EHF EURO 2012 will take place in Serbia from 17 to 29 January 2012.

The draw was made by Michael Wiederer, Secretary General of the European Handball Federation and Jan Tuik, Chairman of the EHF Competition Committee.
