SPC Vojvodina
The town of Novi Sad is home to over 200 sports organizations and over 15,000 registered athletes. Novi Sad's big love of sport was supported in 1981 as the Sport Centre Vojvodina was built for the occasion of the table tennis world championship.
The Sports and Business Center Vojvodina (Sportski i poslovni centar Vojvodina) is a multi-purpose venue and is often called by the name Spens.
The biggest sport centre in Novi Sad can host around 8000 people. The main hall has an area of 46,319 m2 and can besides handball play host to competitions in basketball, volleyball, water polo, table tennis. Spens was one of the host arenas for the Men's EHF EURO 2012.
In addition to sporting events, Spens is often utilized as venue of choice for numerous concerts, film premieres, conventions, etc.
